New Queens Bench Rule 10-39 and Related Forms
September 4, 2019As a consequence of recent amendments to The Land Contracts (Actions) Act, 2018, the Court of Queen’s Bench has amended its rules and forms respecting actions for foreclosure and cancellation of agreements for the sale of land.
