DESCRIPTION:Qualifies for 1.0 CPD hour. \nThe Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan will provide an overview of the Law Reform Commission’s project\, Implementing a Right to Repair in Saskatchewan. The Commission is currently consulting on this project and is seeking input from the bar.  \nThe consultation report and accompanying survey can be found on the Law Reform Commission website. \nPresenters:\nJayden Blumhagen and Bethany Pratchler\, Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan \n___\nFor virtual activities\, registration closes one hour before the program start time. Materials’ links are typically available two business days in advance of the program date (subject to availability and where applicable). Registrations received within two business days of the date of the program may result in not receiving materials’ links until the program date. \nProgram formats and dates are subject to change. Prices are subject to GST. This program is being recorded and will be available to registrants and on-demand subject to any issues with the recording. We reserve the right to change speakers\, modify the program schedule\, and/or revise content if necessary. In the unlikely event that the Law Society of Saskatchewan is forced to modify its program schedule\, registrants will be notified.
