Ideal for legal administrators and lawyers this webinar will clarify the process of preparing and submitting filings to the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal Registry. Whether you’re a seasoned legal professional or new to the field, this session will provide valuable insights into the procedural aspects, documentation requirements, and best practices for ensuring your appeal is processed smoothly.

Daina Haniak and Amy Groothuis cover the following topics:

• practice directives and rules related to formatting and preparing documents for filing;
• eCourt registration and account management;
• opening new appeals on eCourt and submitting materials for filing electronically;
• requesting access to an active appeal;
• navigating the eCourt portal and resources available to users;
• requirements for preparing and sending hard copies of certain documents to the Court; and,
• requesting and process for corporate/litigant searches.
