This webinar will examine restrictions on farm land ownership in Saskatchewan as well as the legislative mandate of the Farm Land Security Board. Participants will be given a guided review of the new statutory declaration forms that must be submitted to the Board if your individual or corporate clients acquire an interest in Saskatchewan farm land.
