As of October 1, 2025, limited licensees are a regulated category of licensee with the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the legal profession in Saskatchewan. Join this webinar to learn more about the nearly four-year Pilot that has led to formalization of limited licensing in Saskatchewan and the regulatory framework that will be in effect from January 1, 2026. A Pilot participant will also join, sharing their experience as a Pilot participant and future limited licensee in Saskatchewan delivering limited in scope legal services to the public.
